Gina Barber

Senior Project Director, Administration

Gina Barber is the Director of Administration and Senior Consultant with the Center for Public Policy. With a background in project management and public administration, Gina directs the successful completion of consulting projects from the first meeting to the final report. You will frequently see her presenting to the Virginia Board of Workforce Development, leading discussion with a work group, and developing organizational strategic plans. Gina enjoys collaborating with clients to connect their organization's mission and strategic vision to the consulting project outcomes. Her facilitation style encourages all participants to engage in the process and also supports definitive decision making. She received her Master's in Public Administration from the VCU Wilder School and her BA in Sociology from the University of Virginia. Gina is certified in change management and has a certificate in executive coaching.
