Sarah Jackson

Consultant and Facilitator

Sarah Jackson is a Senior Consultant with the Center for Public Policy. Prior to joining CPP, Sarah led multi-agency networks in responding to community needs in the areas of youth and adult education, workforce development, and refugee resettlement. In her current role, she is committed to measuring impact to inform decision making through policy analysis, organizational assessment, program and survey evaluation, and strategic planning.

As a facilitator, Sarah strives to create an inclusive space that invites the reflection, learning, and growth needed to establish a shared set of goals. She enjoys exploring leadership challenges and opportunities in the areas of change management, conflict resolution, stakeholder engagement, and human-centered service delivery.

As an executive coach, Sarah combines her several years of experience as a former Career Coach with tools learned through the Association for Talent Development Coaching Certificate program. Through inquiry and advocacy, Sarah partners with clients to identify barriers, create solutions, and implement action plans that help move them forward in their unique professional journeys.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in English Literature & Creative Writing from Colorado College and a master's degree in Public Administration from Virginia Commonwealth University.
