Our team created a strategic plan to help the Virginia Board of Workforce Development meet the following goals:
- Identify short and long-term workforce strategies for businesses and workers in response to changing economic conditions.
- Expand equitable access to education and training programs.
- Increase access to the technology needed for the education, training, and career pathway development for Virginia’s workforce of the future.
Address systemic barriers to workforce success through innovative strategies, policy changes, and investments.
